I use a varity of instruments, as well as my own voice, to lead you on a transformative journey through sound. My method focusses on relaxing the body and mind in order to enter into restorative and self-healing states. Each session is unique, and is informed by the mood and state of wellbeing of the participants present. I create a safe and welcoming environment, that aims to provide stress relief as well as self-reflection.
