“I have gained so very much from the online one-to-one nutritional coaching sessions that I have shared with Bel. Having lived with an eating disorder for most of my adult life, I have tried numerous counsellors, a psychologist, self-help groups and my GP to learn how to overcome/live with my eating and emotional challenges. The help and counselling I am receiving with Bel is invaluable to me. I feel I have learnt more about challenging my issues during these sessions than from any previous outside help that I have sought. Thank you.”
I take on private clients to support individuals recovering from an eating disorder, to build a better relationship with food and their bodies. Through practical and actionable suggestions, nutritional coaching sessions aim to:
Improve and heal your relationship with food and eating.
Identify nutritional imbalances and correct them.
Reduce distress around food.
Educate and inform about nutrition and debunk food myths.
Improve your relationship with your body and body image.

I also work with First Steps ED, a national Eating Disorders charity, providing 1:1 nutritional coaching to individuals recovering from an eating disorder, as well as developing new services and facilitating recovery workshops. I have a special interest in body image, body confidence and body neutrality and use many methods relating to these topics to inform my approach.

“I just wanted to say how grateful I am for your support. Our sessions have been completely transformational for me. When I first started them, I was in a very bad place and I wasn’t able to find hope. After working with you, not only have I accepted my illness, I’m recovering now and I am so grateful. I have a 7 year old daughter and thanks to you, she has her mum back. I can never thank you enough for that.”
